Pilot agreement

One page. No lock-in.

This is the whole agreement for the 7-day pilot. It is in plain English so you can read it in two minutes.

1. What Savilabs does

Savilabs runs a phone assistant for the Customer's restaurant: it answers calls the Customer forwards to it, checks the Customer's availability, books tables and texts the guest a confirmation, using the hours, seating areas, policies and notes the Customer provides.

2. The pilot

The pilot lasts 7 days from the start date and costs nothing. No card or payment is taken to start.

3. What the Customer approves

Before the pilot starts, the Customer reviews and approves what the assistant will say, including opening hours, seating areas and booking rules. The Customer forwards the restaurant's calls to the number Savilabs provides.

4. After the pilot

If the Customer wants to continue, the price is $349 per month per restaurant with no setup fee. The Customer can cancel at any time by email; after the pilot, cancellation takes effect at the end of the month already paid for.

5. No promised results

Savilabs does not promise a number of bookings. The pilot exists so the Customer can hear the service on its own calls and decide whether to continue.

6. Data

Guest information stays the Customer's. Savilabs uses it only to answer calls and make bookings for the Customer, and returns or deletes it on request. See the privacy page.

7. Ending early

Either party can end the pilot at any time, for any reason, by email. Nothing is owed.
